What can you expect when practicing mindfulness?

Mindfulness gives us a solid opportunity to start living with an open, honest, and focused mind. Inner stress, restlessness, and anxiety can be replaced with calm and a renewed sense of quality of life. It creates an experience where we flow with life instead of against it.

In these sessions, Filip will guide you into a more conscious and harmonious state with yourself. With mindfulness as an essential ingredient in life, every moment will gradually gain value—from the moment we wake up in the morning, to the food we eat, the conversations we have with colleagues at work, the tasks ahead of us, and the time we spend with those we love the most.

The tools we will explore include:

  • Mindfulness meditation
  • Activities with conscious presence
  • Breath and the nervous system
  • Mindfulness tools for everyday use

About the Instructor:

Filip Loebbert is an experienced mindfulness coach and therapist. He co-hosts the popular podcast Viggo&Filip with Viggo Johansen. Filip leads courses and workshops across Norway. Additionally, he represents the mindfulness division at VI-Appen and VI-Klinikken—collaborating with some of Norway's leading psychologists.
