This class offers a unique blend of Vinyasa Yoga, Foundation Training, Breathwork, and elements from Movement Culture. It's designed to help you build strength and flexibility in a creative, engaging way.
Movement is all about embodiment - to fully inhabiting your body and cultivating presence and intelligence in the way you move.
In this class, you'll explore primal movement patterns that support not just your physical body but your entire being.
The physical strength we cultivate reflects the resilience of your inner world. Your posture becomes a mirror of your mindset, revealing how you carry yourself through life. This practice invites you to move with intention, ground yourself in the present moment, and embrace the journey of physical and mental growth.
This isabout more than just building muscle - it's about mastering your body and creating a sustainable foundation for your overall well-being.
In this class, you'll experience:
Vinyasa Yoga: Flow through sequences that explore strength, fluidity, and alignment. Each movement is an invitation to harmonize breath with motion. The practice builds strength and flexibility while encouraging you to move with presence and creativity. Foundation Training: Strengthen the posterior chain - the muscles along the back of your body, including the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back. These muscles are essential for maintaining proper alignment, stability, and balance. The practice emphasizes decompression breathing and specific poses that elongate and stabilize the spine, creating space and support for your body to function optimally. Breathwork: Engage your breath to energize your body and create a calm, focused state of mind. At the start, we use breathing to set the tone for movement, increasing oxygen flow and enhancing awareness. At the end, we return to the breath to guide you into deep relaxation, helping you restore balance and optimize your recovery. Movement Culture: Dive into playful movements inspired by animal flows, handstands, and other creative patterns. These movements improve coordination, mobility, and strength, engaging your body in ways that enhance agility and balance. You'll explore the freedom of moving like an animal and challenge yourself with fun, creative ways to flow.
This class is for anyone who wants to feel more at home in their body. Whether you're a seasoned mover or a curious beginner, you'll find space here to grow, play, and connect.
