Join us for Pilates on March 30th with Kristina Berger.

Kristina is an experienced dancer and teacher with over 30 years of experience. She has taught at renowned institutions such as Steps on Broadway and the Joffrey School of Ballet. Kristina discovered Pilates as a young dancer and has since been passionate about sharing the method with others. Today, she inspires both beginners and professionals in Sweden by combining the joy of movement with body control.

Pilates is a fitness method that strengthens the body’s core and creates balance between strength, flexibility, and control. The class focuses on breathing and rhythm while working on the body's extension and agility. Pilates is also a gentle form of exercise that is perfect for preventing and rehabilitating injuries, as it reduces stress on joints and ligaments.

Afterwards, you can enjoy our popular and delicious BLU BRUNCH, which features a wide variety of flavors, classics, influences from different countries, and the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
