Tickster is thus only responsible for the technical mediation of tickets through the sales system. The organizer is fully responsible for his own event and thus Tickster is not responsible for any part of the event. Thus, Tickster is not responsible for the content or execution of the event, nor is it liable for any loss to you or any other customer arising from the event and the organizer's liability.
