Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the basics of fermentation and try your hand at making your very own fermented hot sauce. We’ll cover the science behind fermentation and practical techniques for fermenting at home. Best of all, you’ll leave with a jar of your own homemade hot sauce to enjoy!

About the instructor: Fredrik Högström, an IT professional with a passion for food, discovered fermentation during the pandemic while experimenting with his homegrown chili peppers. His hands-on approach and enthusiasm make this workshop both educational and fun.
