2024 U17 Nordic Championships American Football

This year, the U17 Nordic Championships will be hosted in Sweden, with games taking place at Behrn Arena in Örebro and Arosvallen in Västerås.

Following last year’s successful event in Oslo, where Finland claimed the championship, Sweden took home silver, and Norway secured bronze, the excitement returns. In 2024, the four Nordic countries—Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden—gather in Sweden for a thrilling tournament showcasing the best young talent from the region. Expect competitive games, great camaraderie, and an unforgettable autumn weekend in the heart of Sweden.

The semifinals will be held on Wednesday, October 16th, at Behrn Arena in Örebro, one of Sweden’s premier stadiums with a capacity of 13,000. It is also home to the Örebro Black Knights. The first game kicks off at 15:00 (Swedish time) between Finland and Denmark, followed by Sweden vs. Norway at 19:00. Join us in Örebro for this exciting day of football!

The medal matches will take place on Saturday, October 19th, at Arosvallen in Västerås, a historic arena that has hosted numerous Swedish championships and is home to the local team, the Västerås Roedeers. The bronze medal game starts at 11:00, and the championship game will begin at 15:00.
