Silent headphone yoga combines silent yoga with the use of headphones. Participants wear headphones connected to the instructor's transmitter, allowing them to hear instructions and music clearly, creating a focused and intimate experience without external noise. Each participant can adjust the volume to their preference, enhancing the personalized experience. This practice has gained popularity at yoga and dance events in the USA, and we're excited to introduce it in Gothenburg this fall.

This gentle Hatha yoga class ends with guided meditation and deep relaxation, led by Sandra Adrian. Sandra, an internationally certified yoga teacher (E-RYT) with a decade of teaching experience, offers Hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra, and is a certified mindfulness instructor. She also works as a gong player, sound healer and with drum meditations and other forms of energy work.
