Weapon, the legendary UK rock band, has been a significant presence in the music scene since their inception in London in 1980.

Right from the beginning they quickly embarked on a notable journey, including supporting Motörhead on their 32 dates 'Ace Up Your Sleeve' UK Tour, culminating in 4 Sell Out shows at the iconic Hammersmith Odeon. The band endured significant hardships, including breakups, reunions, and the death of original bassist Baz Downes. Yet, under the leadership of original vocalist Danny Hynes, and despite facing mismanagement and legal challenges over their name, Weapon continued to deliver captivating performances.

As Weapon prepares for their 5th studio album release and a European tour in the autumn to celebrate their 45th anniversary, the band has seen lineup changes, with Robert Majd temporarily replacing bassist Tony Forsythe, who is undergoing cancer treatment, and the addition of Swedish guitarists Håkan Granat and Mats Hedström Weapon soar onwards and upwards!
