A good metaphor for mindfulness is to “turn on the light.” When it gets bright, we see more clearly. Regular mindfulness practice brings into the light what was once hidden in the shadows—for instance, outdated thought and behavior patterns, our own avoidance, what truly brings joy, calm, and self-worth, the distinction between thought and reality, what is authentic versus a mask, and much more.

The program spans approximately one year, divided into seven sessions totaling 18 days. These days will include a blend of meditative practices (yoga, pranayama, meditation), teaching, and both individual and group reflection. All sessions will be held at Oslo House of Consciousness, which is centrally located in downtown Oslo. The facility boasts a fantastic training room—spacious, open, and beautiful—and is equipped with everything needed for yoga and meditation (yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, meditation cushions, blankets, chairs, etc.).
