Flow, Stillness & Inner Depth

This series of classes is designed to create a harmonious balance between movement and stillness, guiding you into a deeper connection with your body, breath, and inner wisdom. Each practice offers a unique gateway to self-exploration, relaxation, and renewal.

Wednesdays 18:00 - 19:15 (Starts 19 February)

Vinyasa Flow – The Space Between (Intermediate) – A dynamic, breath-led Vinyasa practice, where movement feels like a dance. The sequences are organic and flowing, with a focus on the transitions between poses. Sometimes we move to music, other times in pure silence.

Wednesdays 19:30 - 20:45 (Starts 19 February)

Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra (Open Level) – A gentle and restorative practice inspired by Qi-Gong, using soft movements and breathwork. Each session ends with a deep Yoga Nidra (body scan), guiding you into total relaxation and a different state of consciousness.

Thursdays 18:00 - 19:15 (Starts 20 February)

Sacred Flow (Open Level) – A transformative flow yoga class combining breathwork, intuitive movement, womb/hara practices, ceremony, and voice activation. Explore your inner wilderness, unleash your creative energy, and discover how your life force expresses itself uniquely through you.

Thursdays 19:30 - 20:45 (Starts 20 February)

Yin Yoga – Stillness & Deep Release (Open Level) – A meditative and introspective practice where poses are held for 5-7 minutes, allowing the body to fully let go. Using props for support, breathwork, and myofascial release, we surrender into deep relaxation, restoration, and presence.

Each class is an invitation to move, breathe, and be in a way that feels authentic to you. Come as you are, and leave feeling renewed.
