When a little girl finds a strange green substance under the sink, she decides to take revenge on her mean teacher. She mixes the goo into the icing for a cupcake that she gives to her teacher, but the girl does not get the result she expected. The green substance possesses powers that no one could have imagined, which leads to positive changes for the girl that then spread across the globe.

Charissa Martinkauppi is originally a theater director and this is her debut film.


The Great Abundance director Magnus Fredriksson, 23 min. Animated short film. Dialogue language: Swedish, Meänkieli and Sami

After a flood, Pää floats away after Torneälven on his roof. Soon Nif joins and together they travel down the river and out to sea. During the journey, they meet many strange creatures, some of which help them along the way. They also witness the effects of environmental degradation.

Magnus Fredriksson was born in Kiruna, Sweden. He is self-educated in animation, except for a one year course in screenwriting at Gotland University. Magnus has worked with animation his whole life and is a great fan of Japanese anima. He has visited Japan on several occasions and it is there that he met his girlfriend, Yoki. Magnus has worked with Arktisk Cirkus since 2003, and is currently developing a number of tv-series and short films.
