WHO ARE YOU? Absurd and poetic about being human

Who are you? Do you give birth to live young? Can you fly? How do you keep warm when you are cold? Does everyone decide equally when you play together? Do you have a tail? How long are your roots? Are you fully grown or are you getting bigger all the time? Are you afraid of being caught? Are you afraid of not being able to participate? Are you afraid of those you don't know? Are you dangerous to each other?

What do we really mean when we call ourselves human? That is the question asked by artist Ingela Ihrman, composer Anna Haglund and director Maja Salomonsson in a unique collaboration. The audience gets to meet different characters from the forest plant and animal world in an absurd and poetic performance in the borderland between art and theatre. A both serious and humorous performance that, by directing its gaze towards nature, tries to understand what it really means to be human.

"The six forest animals and plants make their entrance one by one - grateful for an audience that then has the opportunity to study Ingela Ihrman's exquisite creations, its sculptural qualities."

"With fine print comic timing, the actors shift between a movement pattern that seems perfectly adequate for their character and the clumsily backwards, human if you will." -Västerbottens-Kuriren, 2018-09-29
