Married couple Brick and Maggie are on the large family farm to celebrate Brick's father's 65th birthday with the whole family. Slowly but surely, the seemingly beautiful façade crumbles as underlying conflicts and secrets intrude on them. As a storm sweeps in over the farm, the lies of life are brought to light and they are forced to face the truth about each other.

The play provides a gripping insight into the rise and fall of humanity and explores themes such as desire, identity, and inheritance. With sharp dialogues, the audience is thrown into a world of passion, pain and despair.

Tennessee Williams' groundbreaking drama is considered one of the great American classics and was made into a film in 1958 with Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman in the lead roles.
