Afternoon Tea Pairing with Japanese Sweet Treats

Join us for a lovely Afternoon Tea Tasting with Japanese Sweet Treats led by Yuko, founder of Yuko Ono Sthlm, Japanese tea studio in Stockholm. . Yuko collaborates directly with the tea farmers and imports their teas directly to her studio in Sweden. Come and learn about different types of Japanese tea, how to brew tea and discover the delicate flavors that define the different varieties of Japanese teas. For this session, you will taste a selection of 5 different teas specially curated by Yuko. To complement the tea, you’ll also enjoy a variety of Japanese sweet treats, traditionally paired with tea to enhance the flavours of the tea. These sweet treats will be made with Japanese tea flavours and even other Japanese ingredients such as miso and soy! Whether you're a tea enthusiast or new to Japanese tea culture, this workshop offers a relaxing and educational experience, perfect for anyone interested in the art of tea or a Japanese “fika”!
