Workshop Hiphop - Anastasia Olescuka

Anastasija Olescuka (Latvia/Denmark) Is an artist within the field of dance, performance, choreography, and based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Born and raised in Latvia with deep understanding of Slavic and Boltic folkdance, at the age of 18 she shifted focus to street dances – hip hop and recently popping. She has committed to the lifelong study of dance culture and has been seeking knowledge and growth by travel in Europe, USA & Brazil. Anastasija is an artistic director of CLASHcph, a street dance organisation that works passionately to create spaces and activities that serve growth, education, knowledge, support and joy to the streetdance community in Copenhagen and people interested in it. She has worked with various choreographers as well produced her own performances for ex, ANTS 1+1=3 and is currently working and researching on her upcoming piece “Mould With me”.

*The workshop are open level which means all levels are welcome. But it will not be suitable for beginners therefore we recommend some dance experience. Not particularly in the same style as the workshop.

The workshop will be held in english.
